“Generations” is a project sponsored by Community Options Society (COS) in partnership with Volunteer Cowichan. The concept is to integrate youth and older adults in intergenerational activities and programs.
This project is currently being researched and developed. A small committee made up of youth from the alternate schools, a young adult and a local retired senior is working with us to determine an initial program.
The ultimate aim of this project is to secure funding so that the initial program can be launched and other intergenerational program ideas implemented.
