A group for parents
What just happened? One moment you might have had a delightful child and the next you had a sullen, unresponsive stranger living in your home. You might remember your own teenage years as not being that far behind you and feel shocked that you are unable to cope with pressures that perhaps you did not have. You are not alone.
It is always a good idea to learn new skills, to share with other parents who are going through the same thing as you are.
